By developing Standard Operating Procedures we are fine-tuning our service levels enabling the team to set goals for continues improvement.
To maintain the Wolwedans team’s service excellence certain areas within the business (i.e. housekeeping) are being standardized and captured within our new information-sharing platform for easy access. These new standard operating procedures, or SOPs, will not only allow the team to deliver top quality service but also shorten the training period required for new team members. The new SOPs that is being developed will also serve a secondary purpose. They will eventually form the basis of the hospitality training manuals that we will use for our Desert Academy trainees in the future.
